The M2 SQ3 CD-R/DVD-R production system is a modern and cost effective system for mass production of recordable media. The SQ3 is designed to produce CD-R and DVD-R optical media at shortest possible cycle times with lowest possible use of material. The SQ3 is integrated into an inline production solution together with two injection molding machines creating the most reliable production solution with highest possible productivity.
The SQ3 is capable of cycle times of 2.5 seconds for CD-R and 5.0 seconds for DVD-R.
Today M2 is the leading supplier of inline DVD-R equipment and by the development of the SQ3, M2 continues to be the leading supplier of cost effective recordable production equipment. The SQ3 is developed in co-operation with world leading media manufacturers. The revolutionary fully dynamic buffering is one result of the joint development work. |
